Unlike many other aspects of capital projects, it is not uncommon for the scopes of work for external legal services to be poorly defined causing scope and fee uncertainty.

NPC puts you back in control of the legal spend by better managing how organisations work with their external legal firms. Our emphasis is on achieving cost savings whilst working with you to effectively manage your legal risks. We also help reduce the time and pressure involved in managing legal services. Conducting major litigation or a complex commercial project is a serious undertaking which requires substantial time, commitment and skill. During these periods it can be a challenge to control costs, manage risks and allocate the appropriate resources while trying to maintain your business-as-usual focus.

NPC has the skills and experience to project manage the legal process and deliver superior outcomes.
